Male 81 Years
Trains 5 days per week.Increased strength, overall conditioning and mobility and is a perfect example of fitness for life!
Female 43 Years
Trains 6 days per week for strength and conditioning and has improved with compound Strength training exercises and continues running on a regular basis. Regular massage treatments have increased performance and reduced injuries and time off training.
Male 46 Years
Trains 5 days per week and joins in the Group fitness classes. Has achieved weight loss and strength and conditioning at Reinvigr8. Has never trained at a gym before but loves coming to the gym and feels at home.
Female 19 Years
Winner of 12 Week Body for Life Challenge 2019. Increased Strength, endurance and overall fitness. Reduced Bodyfat and increased lean muscle for a more defined and toned physique.
