We all know the importance of Flexibility Training as part of a complete exercise program but how many of us do it properly. How many times have you performed your Resistance Training or Cardiovascular Training and said to yourself - "i will stretch later" but you didn't. This is an integral part of any overall fitness program for everyone and at Reinvigr8 Health & Fitness 24/7 our experienced Health Coaches know the importance of increase flexibility to improve performance, reduce the risk of injury and decrease muscle soreness. We practice what we preach and conduct our very own Body Balance class that incorporates a range of strretching, poses, balancing moves and dynamic movements to increase flexibility, work on core strength, muscle endurance and stability.
